This Warranty will not consider consequential damages, inconveniences, transportation costs or damages, or misuse of product. Akadema does not offer "money back guarantees". Warranty products will be handled with either
a replacement, a repair or a refusal.

Prior to sending product back you must get a confirmation from an Akadema employee. You can do this by emailing us akadema@akademapro.com or calling us 973.304.1470

Warranty includes: Excessive denting (that makes the bat illegal for use) or cracks or end caps.

We do not accept bats back for "no pop" or wear.
The warranty does not cover the grip. There is only 1 replacement bat to be issued.
Akadema will not replace a bat that has been tampered or modified and will notify sanctioned bodies.

15 day Warranty from time of purchase with receipt. This includes cracks.

Stock Baseball Gloves* (All Series 2007/2008)
1 Season or 9 Months from the date of purchase with a receipt.

Warranty includes: Ripping or tears.

Does not include laces.

We will repair products or replace them at our discretion.

Personalized and Custom gloves:
We will replace any custom/personalized glove with a stock glove of equal value from 1 Season or 9 Months from the date of purchase with a receipt. We will not remake your custom or personalized glove.

Warranty includes: Ripping or tears. Does not include laces.

Bat Bags:
120 day warranty from the date of purchase with a receipt.

Warranty includes: Zippers, ripping or tears. There is only 1 replacement bag to be issued.

Footwear:
120 day warranty from the date of purchase with a receipt.

Warranty includes: Ripping or tears. There is only 1 replacement pair to be issued.

Does not include wear for pitchers who do not protect the shoe from "pitchers toe".

Eyewear:
30 days from the date of purchase with receipt. Includes cracked frames or lenses

Does not include: ripped hand cloth.
